We had an outdoor ceremony space and Emily and team braved the rainy morning to install a beautiful piece that really brightened up the gloomy weather!! The same piece was moved into our reception space and was the talk of dinner. So beautiful!!

She “got me” immediately and helped me formulate and articulate my vision, then made it a reality. Emily is creative and personable. “Working with Emily to make my flower vision come to life for our wedding was like working with a long time friend! She made the planning fun and easy and took the time to truly get to know you and make sure she understood what you wanted so she could capture that and make it happen for the wedding day. “Emily @ Blossom Studio did the flowers at our wedding in April. We were so pleased with her stunning work! She was a joy to work with from start to finish and seriously executed our vision better than we could have even hoped! We knew exactly what we wanted, but trusted Emily’s expertise to carry it out, tailoring the work to our ceremony and reception spaces (Walker Art Center City View room ceremony, Garden Terrace room reception). She made a gorgeous garland for the chandelier in our ceremony and it honestly made my husband and I feel like we were in a little love cocoon! It was so simple, elegant, and lush. Just perfect. Emily also made gorgeous bridesmaid bouquets, incorporating 3D geometric shapes into the design (rather than binding flower stems together like in a traditional bouquet). She also built our reception centerpieces around these shapes and incorporated succulents and candles. The head table was simple with sprays of greenery and pillar candles (and the bridesmaid bouquets). I adored my bridal bouquet and the sweet floral hair clip she made was the perfect veil substitute for me. On top of it all, her pricing was incredibly reasonable (I honestly think she should charge more than she does).
Beyond her obvious talent, Emily is such a sweetheart. With all of the different directions wedding planning can pull a gal in, Emily was such a cheerful yet grounding presence :) I would recommend her for any occasion, any season, for any reason. “Emily did our wedding floral and everything was amazing!! I had very specific ideas on table centerpieces and the looks she created were even better than I was hoping for! For our bouquets, she took my very general description of what I wanted them to look like and also blew me away with those; I am still dreaming about mine and wishing I could have a fresh one every week to look at! Emily also made a beautiful and unique backdrop for our head table that I hadn’t seen done before. I have never known much about flowers and couldn't really describe what I wanted out of our flowers and bridal bouquets however Emily took the little information I gave and completely ran with my ideas! "Emily Erickson was an absolute delight to work with.
I was unsure that I would be able to have flowers professionally done for my wedding, preparing my heart to throw Costco flowers into arrangement two days prior. Emily was recommended to us and from the moment we got ahold of her, she sought to meet us exactly where we were at. Her prices were unbeatable. She worked with our budget and was honest and accommodating. I used vague terms like "fairy like", "free", "flowy" when describing the flowers in my head and Emily came along, bringing life to my floral dreams.
Not to mention, we were working together across distance, mainly over email and phone calls. She stayed in continual communication, was prompt and innovative in how to make the day come together.
Her work was one of the biggest joys of our wedding day! I would highly recommend Emily! She has a gift."

"I'd recommend Emily one THOUSAND times over. I could tell from the moment I met her that she cared about more than just selling me flowers. She took time to listen to my story and we jived right away. She is very organized, incredibly easy to communicate with, and has a heart for her clients. I appreciated that she listened to my vision and created the most beautiful floral arrangements I have EVER seen. She is very up with the trends (greenery!) and she knows how to make use of large blooms and texture very well. Guests at my wedding were impressed by the arrangements, as was I. Not only did she make 10 gorgeous cascading bouquets, she made many intricate boutonnieres, corsages, table decorations, AND a gorgeous arbor for the ceremony. She was very considerate of my budget and used her resources to save me money that way. Emily truly cares about making YOUR wedding day special.

"First, you should know that my husband and I now refer to her as "Emily Erickson, Florist to the stars" because we were so amazed by the knockout job she did at our wedding. Our venue -- Solar Arts -- was beautiful on its own but we knew that it would shine extra hard if we had a lot of greens and florals popping against the exposed brick.
Emily, from our initial meeting all the way to the wedding day, was the most perfect partner and vendor. She created a gorgeous installation / wreath, and along with her team, spent several hours setting up the greens we'd purchased for the tables.
I joked that I should have hired her as my wedding planner because her team did SO much to ensure that we had the best, most beautiful day. While I'd assumed my (rather meager) budget would yield a small output, I was stunned when she showed up with the MOST beautiful, robust bouquets and when I saw the massive installation that we'd be getting married under. <3
Her floral work was flawless but I want to mention that Emily is also warm, accommodating and communicative -- traits you don't often find in wedding vendors! Her flowers and greens set the tone for the day and we are so grateful to have worked with her. Simply put, we love Emily and we'll be recommending her to all of our friends and family members!"

"Emily of Blossom Studios is an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. Over our long engagement (19 months), Emily stayed engaged and in tune with our evolving ideas about what we wanted our floral arrangements to look like. She was open and knowledgeable about blooms that tend to be heartier, whether they would be in season, and how the blooms would factor in price wise. She arranged our centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages. She was prompt with the delivery on the day of and everything was in our vases with boxes for easy transportation as we moved around. We rented a few mercury vases from her as well which gave us some variety in décor and great flexibility.
Aside from logistics, Emily is an artist with florals. The shape, color combinations and movement in her arrangements are completely stunning. She is very in tune with trends and listens to what the couple wants while providing valuable input from her experience. We received compliments all night and weekend on our flowers- they were one of my most favorite parts of our day! Thank you, Emily!"
